When I lived in PG County, Maryland, just outside DC, they wouldn't deliver pizza to our home because the area we lived in was 80% black. Even though parts of it were upper middle class blacks who had good Federal government jobs. It was considered too dangerous to deliver to. This was no ghetto. The homes were pretty expensive.
