My mind is language-oriented, not country-oriented. So I picture vague masses in my mind, not political countries which more often than not host ethnicities from different European language groups.

Therefore,

Latin: Romancia or South-West Europe (meaning Iberia, Gallia and Italia)
Germanic: Teutonia or North-West Europe (including Germany-Austria)
Slavic: Slavia or Eastern Europe in general (although my mind tends to separate Severoslavia from Yugoslavia)
Celtic: The Celtica, those current nations where a Celtic language is still spoken (Wales, Ireland, Scotland and Brittany)
Baltic: Lat & Lit
Hellenic: Greecyprus
Finnic: Finlantonia

Hungary & Romaniova are two adrift islands on a Slav sea, joined by Transilvania.

The only area not language-oriented would be the Borderland, formed by Malta, Georgia and Armenia
