I have an update...I just ordered a few days ago a legitimate steel led caliper (for accurate results) that got delivered today to my home by Amazon. I tried them on and the results were these: 6.75 times 100 divided by 8.125 =83.0769. 83! It’s in the Brachycephalic range! My Alpine classification is affirmative!

She looks like a variety of East-Baltid and Sub-Nordid admixtures. She's probably only partially Alpinized by my guess.

I believe so too, her face is wide (roundish square) enough to be considered a textbook Alpine. Nice looking couple in the photo. Although a frontal photo of her would suffice to make an accurate racial classification of your sister.
