actually looks like the East German and Polish Noric from the Coon Gallery with some added northern admixture.

Should have got back to you sooner with this one. Yes, I have boxed myself into a corner once again with this. But what else is Mr. Heffer? An extremely depigmented Alpine type, with an uber Keltic nose? There's no way in hell he passes outside the British Isles, so as simplistic as it sounds that also played into my classification.

He looks very British, very Essex infact

flat occiput doesnt ring a bell? Both Wim Kok and Simon Heffner have a Dinaric headshape, not going into this discussion which Up admix they have because this is only based indeed on "look" nothing else, so subjetive- they would not be too off as Bell Beaker Dinarics i guess, Heffer being closer to it, Kok Up admix is very debattable even/ rather low (Noric).
