I thought Norid had a brachycephalic skull.

It does but pretty often less so than Dinarid proper.
Norids are in many aspects intermediate between Nordid and Dinarid elements they consist of.

Belgium 60 %- i thought it certainly lower than Netherlands ( even 50 % seems high for them)
