Coon didn't use the term but to other authors it's part of the broadly ''Upper Paleolithic'' (Coon used this term) facade, along with Borreby and Brunn he cited as influences in the formation of the Saxon type. Realistically speaking, some of the Anglo-Saxon reconstructions (have posted some in this thread, too https://www.theapricity.com/forum/sh...xamples/page37 ) exhibit predominance of Cro-Magnon (including Faelid) traits, just like apparently some leaned towards the Nordid look. Most were apparently a rather balanced mix of the two.
