Both are essentially the result of Nordid and Dinarid mixing, that's what I mean.
The difference is cephalic index range (KN is usually meso, Norid is brachy), head height/head length index (Norids are higher-headed than Keltoids) and forehead dimensions (size and breadth of Norids are usually larger). Norid doesn't need to always be blond. A person with brown/dark hair with Nordic admixture evident on skull shape and facial features is also a Norid. Norids are brachycephalic but often less so than Dinarids proper.
