They are Turks with native elements. The native isnt Albanian or Greek it's Slavs. The Oghuz Turcomans colonizations in there are historically documented and backed by modern genetics.

1. Overwhelming majority of these Balkan immigrants are from (formerly) Turkish-populated areas of what is now Bulgaria, Northeast Greece and Macedonia, most of the muslims in the areas that I've mentioned above were (still are) ethnic Turks and the rest were Pomaks.
2. Their mother tongue was Turkish, unlike the others (Bosnians, Pomaks, Albanians) who were either bilingual or non-Turkish-speaking.
3. "Racially balkan stock"? Thanks God we have genetic science. Balkan Turks are racially can be classified as a mixture between Turks and Balkan Slavs. Here are oracle results of Balkan Turks. The results are always like X% Turk + Y% some Slavic population (Bulgarian, Serbian etc), which is not surprising at all if we take into account the number of centuries of being surrounded by Balkan Slav populations.
