Have you ever looked at Ricardo Costa? I think that he isn't 100% Portuguese for sure (such as foreign grandparent or greatgrandparent), which seems quite obvious looking at him - I thought he was Brazilian until I heard him speaking. I think the same may apply to this specimen, but I'll leave it to the Spanish members.

we are talking about here in the usa. Anglo has a different meaning here than in England.
