The General Amnesty

At the risk of getting perma ban, but in accordance with my conscience I must create this thread. Since times immemorial General Amnesty has been used to give another chance those that have committed transgressions of various sorts! Should TA governing body announce General Amnesty for all offenders, and give them another shot at contributing. Times change, people's hearts change, nothing stays exactly the same for two consecutive moments. Greatness is measured by wisdom, it's said, ok I made it up! But it's true! LOL And wisdom forgives abundantly.

To err is human to forgive is divine!
