Italy and France 'failing Africa'

The campaigners fear the global financial crisis could affect aid donations

Italy and France have been accused of reneging on promises to increase aid to African nations.

Anti-poverty group One, set up by rock star Bono, said Italy had actually cut aid to Africa despite making ambitious pledges at a 2005 economic summit.

The Italian government acknowleged it had missed its aid targets. It blamed the financial crisis and said it remained committed to helping Africa.
The report also accused France of reducing its aid targets and budget.

France and Italy (and no other White nations) don't owe negroes anything. What a waste of money foreign aide is, if no foreign aide had been ever given to negroes in Africa they wouldn't be flooding our nations today.

Well, there are many that suffer for different reasons in every part of the world, so why should we care about Africa? They have to take care of themselves.

However, Africa is unable and incapable of creating a functional government without it being corrupt, tribalistic and destructive, that's why they live in total misery, even having all those resources..

Unfortunately the negroes are too retarded to form any real government of their own. I'd be better if we just left them to chuck spears at eachother, drink cow's menstrual fluids, get high on feces and swing from trees ... in their own countries though. Bringing millions of them into Europe is not the answer. Even a small number of them is bad, they breed like rats, they bring crime, disease and they complain about 'discrimination' and demand special rights and privileges when they come to White nations.

Why do we still waste our money sending aid to Africa? It really doesn't make any sense as most of the money that is raised to help the place is syphoned off into the pockets of its dictators.

We don't owe Africa anything. Let themselves take care of themselves. Isn't it patronising to suggest otherwise?

Europe and sub-sahara Africa should just leave each other alone, that would be a bilateral benefit; Charity costs and this provisional aid is keeping Africans from learning self-reliance. The Europeanization of black Africa brought both material and intellectual innovation, put ends to needless tribal wars, it did more good than harm. All colonization availed the dark continent, there is no debt here. In modern times, western powers have long relinquished it's African states, let the Africans figure it out by themselves; No more B.S humanitarian intervention, they should act within their own discretion.
