Caffeine: How do you have yours?

I also try to limit it to my consumption to one cup a day since too much caffeine seems to lead to small skin irritations.

.... really oh boy when does that start to show up i have been drinking caffeine since i was id say 15 * in large amount that is* and if what your saying is true well i should have something by now...?

Don't worry, it's one of the the earliest symptoms of being over-caffeinated. I have an IT job so I'm apt to such overuse

When I ain't drinking beer I make a pot ( two quarts ) of double strength tea and drink it..
