RTS Computer Games

Do you like/play RTS(Real Time strategy) games? If so, which ones are your favourite and why?
My favourites are Age Of Empires 1, Warrior King's Battle and Stronghold Crusader. I like Age 1 cos it's my first RTS game. It got me into this genre. Simple and fun to play. Nice scenarious etc... Warrior King's Battle adds a lot of limitations and changes into game play. Which makes it fun. Unlike in Age of Empires, you could choose your ''civilisation type'' during gameplay... Stronghold Crusader adds plenty of new concepts. No population limit, endless(or atleast almost) resources, a system of rationing food and popularity points. A different way to aquire workers and no micro managing. Gameplay is fast and plenty of other things which I am too lazy to write... I recommend playing Stronghold Crusader!

I only played like 10 minutes of that game. My PC had to be formatted. What is it like? I'm thinking of buying it again...

i've bought like 4times,i lost it that many times and i recently bought it again
in my opinion its very fun and especially the editor part,i usually spent most of my time while i play the game there

Supreme Commander was a good game, although it was hard for my computer to run it so I had to get it for Xbox 360. Civilisation IV was good, haven't played Civ V yet though my Laptop is too shitty.

I used to play Age of Empires 2 and most of the Command and Conquer games a lot when younger.

I play Age of Empires 2, 3 (have AoEO aswell but don't play it atm), Starcraft 2 and Company of Heroes.

If you like historically realistic games I advise you play Paradox games, I have Crusader Kings 2 and Europa Universalis 3 aswell.
