Seems a lot of people are confused when it comes to the difference between feelings and emotions. The misconceptions are many. It's time to clear it all up. Feelings in short are that part of the perception process which "colors" the incoming impressions. Feeling can be negative, positive or neutral. That's it. Once the mind labels an impression, like, dislike or indifference arises. Emotions are the mind's creation that entirely depend on the 'flavor" of the impression. That's just how it works, here is the beef, how do you deal with emotions? Are you someone being driven by them? Do you recognize when you are under their influence? Are you even aware of them in the heat of the moment? Are they essential in you decision making process? What is your take on emotions and feelings? Take three deep breaths, slow down you mind and give us a piece of it!
