It depends on the components in the sample. Sometimes the distinction is made. For example in Eurogenes K12; there is North Sea, Western European, South-Baltic, Volga-Ural, and Mediterranean. I would think he'd score overwhelmingly in Western European, then Mediterranean, then North Sea considering his ancestry.
