I think someone swarthy with dark looks, any dark skinned person from africa or asia*. Usually not Europeans but if they are very extreme, i would make a exception and call them wog

actually all of the above, most of the time its used interchangably for the one or the other, sometimes for this and sometimes for that. its not a mulitple choice so i voted second option because i think it covers most of the other options. a notheuropean can be a wog too if he is very swarthy (maybe from sun doesnt matter) and has black hair and brown eyesVote, please
