From now on Caucasians from the Caucasus are the new master race. These brothers are running through these MMA fighters. Can't lie I was hoping that Du Bronx would win, but that hope was shattered with a sledgehammer.

I was rooting for Pereira, but despite the TKO his performance wasn't outstanding. Adesanya was better most of the time. Alex's grappling is still incipient, it will need lots of work if he wants to keep his title for a while.

With this said, Pereira with his lack of experience in MMA getting to be a champion this fast it's quite an achievement, and especially against an undefeated guy in the 84kg division like Israel.

I agree. It's his ko power , Izzy's defence at the end got sloppy so he got hit. He almost had Pereira KO'd but saved by the bell

I was mostly looking forward to Izzy vs Perreira and Chandler vs Dustin.

I cannot stand Izzy and Chandler, I am very glad they lost, especially izzy losing will finally get us exciting title fights in the division, I pretty much doubt that Perreira can handle a fighter with a decent ground game if he does not improve his takedown defence significantly.

Chandler is such a hyped guy, I never understood why, being good in bellator has proven all over to mean nothing.

He won against a ferguson that is sadly completely a shadow of his former self and a fight against Hooker, that's it. Lost against Gaethje, Dustin and Olivera.

I wonder whats next for Dustin Poirier, in my opinion he was the best looking opponent of Khabib, even had Khabib in a choke, but I doubt he has what it takes to defeat the Dagestan style of Islam.

To beat Israel Adesanya 3 times in a row (two times in kickboxing, once in MMA) is extremely impressive and will remain impressive even if Alex loses the next fights vs Israel. Israel was unbeaten in UFC, Blachowitz does not really count because Blachowitz was heavier, it wasn't Israel's weight division. The thing about Pereira is that he made the transition to MMA too late I think.

Well Alex seems to be Izzy's kryptonite and there's the saying "styles make fights".
Israel was actually winning on points / strikes landed and in the last round was heading for a points victory but then things fell apart when Izzy hurt his leg checking a kick then thats when Alex was able to pounce and started landing combo of heavy punches onto Adesanya. Did the ref stop it too early could have Israel recovered and came back ... seemed unlikely but on rare occasions sometimes fighters in those moments find a way to get out of the danger zone and recover but seemed like Izzy probably would have been ko'd.
Think this is the 2nd fight that Izzy was winning aganst Alex but lost in the last round. Alex is just bad fit for Adesanya.
