No, West-Baltid is a slightly reduced CM type. The so called Kurgan type is a blend of the unreduced Balto-Cro-Magnon (aka Eastern Cromagnid) type and East-Nordid, a blend in which CM always dominantes. In a way the Kurgan type is similar to the Anglo-Saxon type, the difference being that in Anglo-Saxon it's the gracile Nordid component that dominates over CM.
