They can pass in some places in Crete but definetly not in mainland and more specific northern Greece!!!!

The island was Pheonician colony before Greeks go there.
They are a mix of Phoenicians,Greeks and native Anatolians

Most of them look Lebanese but have also a part european looking people (greeks).

Before Pheonicians were other neolithics probably belong to armenoid/orientalid phenotypes.

They look Levantine to me. I would assume them to be Levantine or Northern Iraqi Arabs, they don't look European to me at all. As well Cyproits cluster with Lebanese, and have good amount of Arabian admixture similar to that of Levantine populations all show this. Cyproits are just Greek speaking Levantines not much different from Palestinians, Syrians, Lebanese and ect.

Cypriots can be modeled as 50% extreme south east Europe and 50% Middle East, they seem to me in the middle between the modern peoples genetically closest to the ancient Greeks (southern Italy, Greeks of the islands, Maniots, etc.) and the peoples closest to the ancient Canaanites and Phoenicians (Lebanese, Palestinians, Samaritans etc.) so in a purely theoretical line I think they are in the middle between ancient Greece and the Middle East pre-Arab expansion, really interesting ancient peoples, very cool

The Cypriots that I have met looked no different than other Greeks, so i would say Greeks.

They look very similar to Greeks other than hardly ever displaying light features.
