I've been trying to gain weight, but it is difficult. I was 110 lbs (50 kg) a year ago. Now I range from 118 (53.5 kg) - 122 lbs (55.3 kg.) I think when I'm 40 years old and my metabolism has slowed down, I'd want to lose weight rather than gain it.

69-71 kg. I feel a bit skinny now. When I was actively training and eating well in gym I was 74 kg
