Facial Pockmarks in Germans

A lot of names escape me at present and I hope the thread can lodge some of the blocks in my memory as to possible names, but I have noticed during my life of watching German football players, lowly B-actors and cheap German porn, that Germans seem to have a high account of facial pock marking.

A notable example I could actually think of was Christian Zeige.

My question is this: Is this a prevalent facial trait amongst Germans?

I've seen that, probably acne scars, among other nations, so I don't think it has to do with nationality and racial type.

Rosacea is common amongst western Europeans and can cause such facial anomalies.

Seems to me you are looking in all the wrong demographic targets, to begin with
They're just cases of bad skin and they can be found in all populations, as someone who observes and photographs I think that pristine skin around here is the rule and not the exception.

Yes, I knew it was to do with acne scars and the sort, but I had noticed it predominately amongst German males, and with Bloodeagles little Wiki excerpt it seems to have been so distinct as to be duly noted by medical science.

Did I say it was just a skin condition only found in the German population? No! I clearly said the preponderance for this condition had been noticed by me in the German male population.

I used to have severe Rosacea but never had this pockmark appearance. Laser treatment did the trick though.
