    Running and any outdoors activity.
    I used to go to the gym regularly but I prefer getting fresh air much more.

    Either a 3.4km run or 6km hike every 2-3 days. Slowly increasing since I only got back into fitness a month and a half ago.

    Looking to get back to my old workout routine from next week on, and that would include combined fitness and swimming. Before illness cut me loose in October, I was working out 3 times a day - 5,6 daily hours in total.
    Morning -Gym, Afternoon - Pool Evening -Gym

    Most likely my immunity became weak due to too much training, so this time I need to do it differently. But I don't know how, because I either do nothing or train like crazy. That should change.

    when i was younger, i kept myself slim by swimming ever week or so. nowadays, i do cardio and i'll lift some weights every now and then to build up some muscle.

    4 lifts per wk, mostly using medium loads, long sets (30s to 1min time under load), and overall low/medium volume.

    Walk 1 hr per day. Run additional 2 miles per day, usually in interval fashion.

    Pilates/yoga for my back+ musculation with light loads,yes i can do that with heating/warm up,because damn! i'am a bit "rusted"


    not the full without warm/heating up but not far at 80%,otherwise you could ended up the day with a low back pain

    it's better to be flexible and less muscled than muscled but not flexible


    but still very far to do that,believe me,and you, are you able to do Sarvanga Sana? or Sirsasana?
