I am an elit performer Colombian track and field athlete and I train 6 days a week as I should...
I am very young just 18. So my body seems to resist every single training with proper rest and training management for an every day routine without getting injured.
Always go to the track to do sprints and jump (100m, 200m, 110 m hurdles and long jump that's my specialty), even though they say this is not a sport for white people here I am... Right now I am in Spain because of uni and continue training (We did pre-season training one month before, in July) and all June was rest to me, only gym to do some cal exercise

100m: 10.56 sec
200m: 21.06 sec
400: 50.99 sec
Long Jump: 7.9 m
110 m hurdles: 14.01
