    I am an elit performer Colombian track and field athlete and I train 6 days a week as I should...

    I am very young just 18. So my body seems to resist every single training with proper rest and training management for an every day routine without getting injured.

    Always go to the track to do sprints and jump (100m, 200m, 110 m hurdles and long jump that's my specialty), even though they say this is not a sport for white people here I am... Right now I am in Spain because of uni and continue training (We did pre-season training one month before, in July) and all June was rest to me, only gym to do some cal exercise

    My personal beasts

    100m: 10.56 sec

    200m: 21.06 sec

    400: 50.99 sec

    Long Jump: 7.9 m

    110 m hurdles: 14.01

    cardio (daily)
    weightlifting (daily)
    calistenics (daily)
    boxing (ocassionaly)
    swimming (weekends)
    basketball (as a pause between gym sets)
    juggling with football (at home for fun)

    Sometimes I dance at home too when music is louldy turned on, haha.

    I'm trying to strengthen and tone my core after 2 babies so lots of ab workouts, running when I can, dumbbell weights, squats, and occasionally use hubby's boxing bag.

    Forgot to say I do weightlifting for every part of body except legs, as I already have very defined and muscular legs from football and I don't want to bulk them further.

    Just cardio to thin the muscle layer, I prefer thin legs for myself.

    My record was close to 150
    I can put the ball on on back too without it falling down.

    Whatever my PT has planned. Mostly a mix of cardio, weights , squat exercises and abs. We end every session with 10 min of HIIT.

    Generally i do some exercises like abdominal crunches after waking up, also running and, sometimes, swimming.

    I play basketball sometimes, but not sure if it counts.
