My cardio is complete shit nowadays and I am awful at all types of running, though I used to ebike for 60+km per day.
Just some advice, exercising periodically throughout the day isn't very effective if your primary goal is muscle growth. For that, it's pretty much necessary to exercise in a shorter, continuous period of time. I usually take 45 minutes to an hour and if you do that most days of the week with 1-3 minute pauses between the sets, it's more than enough.

Oh thank you, I will definitely take this into consideration. I'm plateauing right now and not really getting much strain so this is probably the right way to do it

So , anyway, before I got my pull up bar and adjustable up to 50 pound kettlebell I was just doing about 30 to 40 burpees sporadically and inconsistently but now that I have all my equipment and I just started really doing all the exercises consistently so while I have seen some positive results my physique should change to be much better in the coming months !

Yo, Turkish getup can be brutal -- it looks simple-- you would think burpees and pull ups are brutal but not the Turkish getup ! Most people only do it with 10-15 pounds I was using 40 pounds off the bat and I'm not in the greatest shape , yet, so it was damn brutal in a good way ! Don't sleep on the Turkish get-ups they are often overlooked but have many benefits !

Really good legs and glutes workout from Madfit

And then Chloe Ting for abs

Before the quarantine I wasn't really one for at home workouts but I have definitely grown to appreciate them. It's easy to get at least one of them in a day. I usually alternate every other day and add dumbbells for resistance.

You could take your 60L backpack, hike for a week and achieve the exact same result.

Yes, if there is somewhere to hike in your area that is.
