    I am only able to do light exercises atm, I've been following some workout videos for 3rd trimester pregnancy, great to do while toddler naps.
    After baby comes out, I'm really excited to start the Chloe ting workout program I've heard great things about it from friends.

    well i start to lift slowly but seriously ,shoulders,arms,chest 15/20/25 Reps x 2X x 6kilogs,kickbacks ,pushs,the famous "arnold" for the shoulders, for now, i have still a pain to my elbow with my left anconeus/triceps/bracho and i have stop smoking,4 weeks now ,something i never did in my life! i need to muscle/stretch my left anconeus/triceps/bracho, i limit the charge towards this pain
    and i almost do at 80/90% the candel yoga pose

    not completly straight but not so far soon i think ,i still need to have a bit more abs tone , i work on my pelvic floor and on my abdominal floor,i'am younger than you could think, i do the "tree" on one leg over than 3/4 minutes ,still to have to work on my left side and my left leg ,my left side beeing a bit weaker,not completly "rusted" as you seen

    I love basketball, I play every day the weather allows (from June to September literally every day) unless I have some urgent work or injury. In winter I go to organised trainings with an amateur team.

    I also do bodyweight exercise (pushups, pullups and dips) but with no special routine. But weight training is a no for me because of eye issues. Even if I could, I wouldn't go to gyms - everybody sweats and farts there, in addition I have never understood the passion office workers have for some big muscled up body. It looks very out of place on somebody who works as a software engineer or accountant.
