    i do :

    boxing workout on a heavy punchbag
    dumb bell weights (relatively light weights)
    resistance band work
    rowing machine (around 5 km on a cardio work out programme)
    treadmill (10 km at around 15-16 km/hr)

    I have made my spare bedroom into a home gym, so am able to do this most days

    I play everyday either some workout video from home (one of them "Buns of Steel"), or do some Yoga, plus some abdominals and push ups, and at least twice a week I do jogging around my neighborhood (besides the video, the abdominals and the push ups) being the yoga the last thing I do, for final relax (when I do it). When I play a hard video like "Buns of steel" I don't need to do anything extra, since that video (and other hard ones) already include abdominals, push ups, and many more hard exercises.

    I would like to practice some football/soccer, but I don't know any place around where I live (I live in the very eastern last limits of the city) where people practice it in some soccer campground, to join in

    I did it in the past, when I lived in Venezuela, Spain and Houston, but not here.

    I run for 10 mins as a warmup, 100 crunches, other ab workouts, run for another 10 mins, and then do leg workouts. i used to swim a lot but I haven't in a long time

    try the GREEN ARROW /stephen ammel work out and the MAN OF STEEL /HENRY CAVILL work out and calisthenics,it's the way than i taken myself even than i'am an advanced beginner ,for now,I do the plank ,abdo reps,weight lifting arms/back/pecs/shoulders raises and lifting,squats over 100,140 now and goes up each time by ten etc
    gaining etc,i will start the reverse dips for my pecs, because damn i raise 10 kilogs x15/x2 kilogs and nothing is coming on that side i even add some series yesterday ,reverse dips are good for multi-groups






    but the henry cavill's training for MAN OF STEEL is very extreme for beginners to advanced beginnners and you should to have all the equipment, i have just a pair of dumbbels
