    Unfortunately I stopped going to the gym because of Covid, as Stears has asthma and it's very dangerous for him. I do what i can at home plus running and rope. Hopefully pandemic weakens soon and I can return to Gym.

    I've been incorporating this into my routine at least 2x a week and it's really helped trim down some of my fat in unwanted areas. Would definitely recommend.

    i usually run for 20 mins but if i'm not feeling it I'll walk for 20 mins with 13 incline. then i mainly do abs, thigh, and glute workouts + some minor weight lifting to tone my arms. i also do cycling for like 30 mins

    I built myself a bench at home
    on the floor is chin up bar I brought to install above my room door to excercise with that.

    i have made my spare bedroom into a home gym, so do something everyday
    usually do:
    light weights and resistance bands: 15 minutes
    heavy punch bag: 15 minutes
    treadmill: 6km weekdays, 10km weekend or rowing machine 3 km
