    I walk/ jog. I used to work out at the gym, need to get back into it.

    bike will help you as you burn a lot, also in summer or a hotel swimming pool.

    I used to practice bodybuilding, boxing, american foot ball and a very little of Box Thai, I continuosly trained for almost 18 years, maybe it is not for me to say this but I was really strong and tough Mo fo...Now I have been inactive for two years, and I have an injuried foot.

    I recently became fascinated by kettlebell work outs. I have been training with them in a moderate way. In the future I would also like to get into bodybuilding like my compadre Armand, maybe he can give me some tips.

    I have a similar pair of weights but they are very old and 'trapezoid' in shape. Each one is 116lbs.

    In regards to training, i have no fixed pattern. Sometimes i will train alot, sometimes i wont...
