    Usually Sit-ups, push-ups, jogging, dumbbell exercises,squash and sometimes football.

    Btw, i did 500 sit-ups in the morning and i'm just back from squash.

    I go jogging a lot and I do exercises where I bear my own weight. Lately every time I've used any weight machines at the gym I pull something so I just gave up.

    I was training 4 a 5 and sometimes 6 times a week. That included: boxing, Fitness (strength in particular in combination with cardio or crossfit), jogging and BJJ.
    Now I'm doing almost nothing compared to a few years back but only some fitness a few times in the week (reason depression)
    I've bought new runningshoes and I'm planning to go and do BJJ again this week and train at minimum 2 times BJJ 2 times fitness and some running to add some condition and balance.

    Occasionally gym as well as treadmill and yoga (maybe 2x a week) I try not to do too much cause I'm very thin.

    jog every other day, bench pressing, push ups, and crunches which I hate. I will start going to the gym though because they have a pool, sauna and other machines to use.

    My legs hurt right now.....from jogging/walking 4 miles the other day.
