    I have a Fujifilm XQ1 and DP2 Merrill, DC camera photographing, bicycling, mountaineering. I do not like camera with interchangeable lens. But not many to choose from DC product range.

    I jog 6 miles a day 7 days a week. Every week I increase my speed and distance by 10%.

    I also do resistance training. For instance 1 day I'll do my back and biceps e.g. pullups with a 25 pound olympic weight plate hanging from a weight belt, chin-ups with weight added, bicep curls, bent over dumbell rows etc..

    The next day chest and triceps e.g. bench press, full range full bodyweight dips with a 25 pound olympic weight plate hanging from a weight belt, tricep pulldowns etc..

    The third day shoulders and abs e.g. military shoulder press, lateral dumbbell raise , Bent-Over One-Arm Deltoid Raise, situps, flutter kicks etc..

    Then the next start start at the beginning again i.e. back and biceps rinse and repeat etc..

    At this rate I should have the body of an underwear model in like 3-4 months but remember looking like an underwear model is 70-80% diet.

    I went as far as second series in my twenties, but slacked off. I have just started again, and am keen to make up for lost time. At some point, perhaps when I can complete first series, I will begin weight-training in the evening, in addition.

    It has to be done six days a week, and never to fatigue, so that one can do the same, and hopefully a little bit more the next day, and so the practise builds over time.

    I used to play football in amateur club until this season. Trained a lot of sports since childhood-swimming, horseback riding, tennis, handball, karate. In winter I always went skiing but now it's rare. I would like to get a ski instructor license one day, would like to spend some well-paid time on snow if possible . In summers mom learned me wind-surfing, she was one of first women to start with that sport in former Yugoslavia. I am very passionate about sport and even tought about studying chinesiology (still thinking about it). Football is my biggest love togheder with skiing and horseback riding but those are expensive sports not suited for urban living. I love to play pick up basketball in free time, and do some tricks with ball (freestyle football). Currently not doing anything much but thinking about Latino Dance classes- Tango, Rumba, Cha Cha Cha are beautiful and sensual dances, and would be ideal workout.
