I have returned to go swimming, which is probably the sport I am more inclined to.
Last time I did 44 laps.
Before going to swim I always do 1 hour of postural training/stretching.
When I don't go to swim I do some step and abdominals, then I go to the gym and make some exercises to reinforce shoulders and abdominals.
Usually I end the session with apnoea training. I am just at 45 seconds/half lap underwater but I have started since less than 1 month.
