    I have returned to go swimming, which is probably the sport I am more inclined to.
    Last time I did 44 laps.
    Before going to swim I always do 1 hour of postural training/stretching.
    When I don't go to swim I do some step and abdominals, then I go to the gym and make some exercises to reinforce shoulders and abdominals.

    Usually I end the session with apnoea training. I am just at 45 seconds/half lap underwater but I have started since less than 1 month.

    Im on strongman training right now.I watched some videos and really got fired up about it,and since I've been around sports long I know a good bit of people,who introduced me to someone that has the equipment.

    Now all I do is deadlift,circus dumbbell press,frame carry,rope pulls,military press.Im going to cast some atlas stones when the weather gets better.Pretty interesting transition,from a boxer/martial artist to a strongman.I'll see how it works out.

    I do CrossFit. I take long walks. I do yoga. I'm not as dedicated to my fitness routines ATM, though*.

    It's a funny thing. I had a routine that was quite like CrossFit before that came into vogue. I did a section of stretching followed by a section of weight training followed by a section of aerobic exercise followed by another section of stretching. I was very dedicated to it when I started it. I was in the best shape of my life. I actually unloaded heavy containers from trucks at the time and very few guys could surpass me. I once carried a crate that weighed 200 pounds! The boss yelled at me because he thought I would injure my back.

    *IOW, I have next to no clients right now.

    I am planning to return to horseback riding this fall, because I will move to the city where it's heaven to ride. Cannot wait!

    My dad practice horse riding, I am not a fan though Too much of cleaning up after them I am not a good rider also so I am little afraid of horses.

    They can be dangerous when you approach them from behind. I developed sort of fear I never had as child near horses. But it's my biggest love, would love to own my own horse one day. Gallop with wind in hair, nothing close to that feeling.

    So try riding again! It's easy to master with practice

    I used to go to the gym and bench (110kg max). Now I do 200 press ups and 100 sit ups every day.
