    Default Mysteries of the Subconscious

Neuroscience is my new interest now. Particularly I'm interested in the certain genes that affect brain development and neurological structure development in relation to the capacity for empathy and the various intelligences. I'm also interested in sensory perception and how it varies among individuals.

The part towards the end was especially captivating to me. So, by stimulating certain areas of the brain, desirable reactions to certain situations can be enhanced (of course, somethings which might be better for the individual are not necessarily desirable, but that's an argument for another time)? This could really have practical applications and help a great deal in the advancement of humanity.

I find it very fascinating as well. Especially because it can not only help a student who's having trouble with a certain material, but also the details of initial concentration, which I've found is the biggest detriment to a lot of capable individuals. They have trouble concentrating.

I also like the idea that we can control our body's capabilities with a conscious connection to our subconscious mind, like the monks did with their body temperature. That is such a fascinating and almost magical concept to me. I think the feeling is probably akin to showing somebody from the middle ages electricity, and how they would have felt.

Neuroscience is definitely an intriguing and fascinating field.

Not formally, I'm too much of a physics/math enthusiast. I have a friend who is majoring in biology and will specialize in neuroscience though, so hopefully some time in the future I can visit her and see what she is doing in the field. Maybe if they force me to take a vacation from work.

But yeah, I'm reading all I can about it.

That sounds like an interesting (and potentially noble--due to its aplications--) profession. Best of luck to both you and your friend!

The impulse nigger rapists have on seeing naked parts, can be removed.
