Are Armenoids and Anatolids European phenotypes

Do you consider Armenoid and Anadolid sub-races a part of European racial spectrum since Minor Asia or Anatolia mostly belonged to Greece before Ottoman Empire and Greeks are considered as European people. Over and above today these phenotypes seems to be present among ethnic Europeans especially in parts of Greece and Southern Italy.
