Nordics and Meds are both similar in body types, mainly ectomorph, mesomorph or a mixture of the two. Alpines tend to be more endomorph or endomorph mixed with mesomorph in my observations, but of course this is just a general guide, there are endomorphs amongst the Nordics and Meds.
I think Nordid are slightly more robust than Med.

If you're ectomorphic, have pale skin, blonde, red or auburn hair and quite a "tall" face then chances are yes, you're a Nordic, but to confirm it you'd have to submit a picture to the classification thread.
I've been classified as North Pontid/North Atlantid with Baltid influence.

I'm not sure what Pontid is, but North Atlantid is what I'am, its meant to be mainly found around the British Isles and is supposedly a mixture of both Nordic and Med.

North Pontid are like an eastern version of North Atlantid, while Pontid are also basically an eastern version of Atlanto-Mediterraneanid.

That's the "progressive trias" of the mature body types and they overlap each other, but Lundman said the most typical representatives of the mentioned forms go in the respective direction.

Mature types have the body structure I described for Dinarids, virile are taller and have still a more robust and masculine, sinewy Leptosomic basic type, juvenile can be smaller, more gracile, less masculine in certain respects etc.

The mature type has the full scale maturation with usually robust bones, a masculine frame and sexual type, more hyperplastic, etc. More typical for that are Dinarids.

Juveniles are more like adolescents in their body type, more gracile and less mature, but with the longer juvenile-mature proportions.

Viriles are intermediate, again with a stronger male sexual type and frame though, to put it very simple...

Sometimes the authors didn't really distinguish between these three forms of the progressive trias too much, but in detail one can use that distinction.

What about Atlanto-Med ? Are they also robust (mature) ?

    .
It would be Mediterraneanid, no ?

Yeah, it's hard to tell because there is no difference between them especially looking at picture of body type.

As a rule of thumb, for Atlantomediterranid the same is true as for Nordid physically.

It would be Mediterraneanid, no ?
    Suedeuropids in general more often.

    Nordid ?
    Yes.

Yeah, it's hard to tell because there is no difference between them especially looking at picture of body type.
Difference is there, but relative to f.e. infantile body types, the differences are negligible.
