Damn. Snatch is a difficult lift and it requires a lot of skills, flexibility, strength, speed and most of all total concentration and attention to detail. It takes a split second for things to go wrong if one loses focus.

I hope the guy did not get hurt badly. It just goes with the territory. Him being a professional, he knew the risk. It shows you how difficult this lift is, when even the very experienced lifters heave difficulty with it.

He is an Austrian who started for Germany - so I suppose one of Leilana`s favourite participants

He won Gold in Peking 4 years ago. Now he obvioulsy overstreched his mark.

That shows you how difficult this lift is, an validates what I said previously. Even the best are not immune. Snatch is a beautiful and awesome lift, but dangerous even for the best.
