yes he is look at the Video. He looks Atlanto-Pontid with additional cromagnoid input.

I'm just interested. I consider Turkmen (In Iraq) to be quite close to Soranis (off course not linguistically). If yes, what has Turkey ever done for Iraqi Turkmen? Infact some of your Turkish "brothers" go as far as condone the Anfal campaign which also resulted in many dead Turkmen and misplaced.

Well the Turkmens in Iraq do speak Sorani
