    Default Ethnography of Thrace

    Does anyone have any information of Thrace prior to the Balkan wars? Any maps? Descriptions of villages?

    Eastern Thrace



    Northern (Bulgarian Thrace) has always been majority Bulgarian. Greek Thrace was majority Muslim (Turkish, Pomak) with big amount of Bulgarians, while the coastal Eagean regions were mostly Greek.
