Secondly those bears have nothing to do adult Brown (Grizzy) bears or Polar bears.
The second one might have been one kind of brown bear, but if so ... it was very small ... far from adult. For sure if you set lots of dogs (and humans) ... the bear will run away. We have brown bears here ... even big ones ... and humans have lived with them since last Ice Age.


Old Finno Ugric's mythologia called Brown bear as a ''King of the forest'' ... and there were probably reasons for that.

The smallest bear weights just 30 - 80kg. For sure there are dogs which can/could kill it. Or some others which they (as trained by humans) are willing to attack.
