What makes the dates "special"?
Wouldn't be better that the help reflects the needs rather than the calendar?

This festival is separate to when 'Zakāt' is given.

Zakāt (charity made up of wealth) is collected from everyone who is able to pay it, every year. It is mandatory of Muslims, however not of 'Non Muslims' under Islamic law, to pay this.

Additional donations known as 'Sadaqat' are also encouraged and are accepted throughout the year.

most albanians can speak english and you arent making much sense and many alboz can speak italian fluently

Well some people from Romania who went to Albania at sea side 1 year or 2 years ago said most alboz from there could not speak english.
Guess it was only something local,or from than till now most alboz learned to speak english.
Or who knows,those romanians who told that were not romanians,but in fact serbians in disguise,who had learned romanian first and after infiltrateh in Romania and they were telling things that are not true about alboz.

most romanians can speak italian so if the alboz couldnt speak english,the romanians could have spoken to them in italian but they didnt so this makes me suspicious if they ever went to albania atall

Look, I haven't done a single hour of course in Italian and I can speak and understand it better than English, which I have "studied" for 8 years in school.
And a good percentage of young people know at least some English, since it's part of the school curricula.
