No, but many Cossacks are mixed with Caucasian blood is a fact. The Terek Cossacks were almost all Ossetian. Well the Kuban Cossacks are known to have Adyghe blood on their maternal line. Southern Russians are of Slavized Caucasian stock, and recent Slavic admix.
Slavization/Russification would have been successful if the Caucasians were not Muslims, it was really Islam that stopped that. The non-Muslim ethnic were all Slavized/Russified in the case of the Finnics, and Ugrics.

I think that the Poles, Lithuanians, Latvians, Estonians, Western (and central too) Russian have similarities as many are from eastern Corded Ware culture

so estonians are finns' closest neighbour, genetically but estonians belong to a stabilized group also containing latvians lithuanians and nearby russians, which are overall more related to each other than to finns. makes sense in what finns are less slavic influenced and the rest are more germanic influenced and more slavic influenced. still, the similarity comes from the fact that nearby russians are probably slavized fenno-ugrians
however, all these groups mentioned are THE most mesolithic european, i.e. THE ones resembling most the old european stock
