Do guys look better with longer hair?

There's no good haircut or bad haircut it depends on the person. I can't really pull of the shaven head look but I wish I could. By shaven head I mean something like this http://s33.postimg.org/nktuz70kv/num...with_beard.jpg

I used to have such length

But such length is a hassle to deal with and to style. Nowadays I have shorter hair

I look horrible with my current buzz cut. I thought I had an oblong face but it is actually a triangle so a buzz cut is not a good match.

I have a bit of a receding hairline (classified as norwood 2 or 3) so I still have enough hair to grow it out.

I think I'll go for this hair style maybe :

^ not sure that is good for a triangle shape though I'll have to consult my barber when my hair grows out long enough (2-3 months)
