East Prussia/Kaliningrad Oblast Characteristics

Kaliningrad looks non Europid ("white") on a large part now. I can not find good statistics atm, but many of them are not Russian (Slavic). Wikipedia lumps them with Slavic Russians I suppose.

From what I've heard, Baltic input in current Germany can be noticed in Genetic level. Also, the most popular foreign last name is Lithuanian in Germany. It means a "a new man" which obviously reaches to re-settlmenet after the plague, so there is Old Prussian and Lithuanian inputin Prussia.

While the germans my have initially been a negative influence in the beginning.Prussians eventually climbed to the top of german society. Baltic's under German culture thrived in the 18 and 1900's and had a huge impact on the shaping of Germany its self. This is why the land of Prussia is desired to be Germanys.
