seriously look at him hes some chinese racist who cant accept history, i already reported him on youtube but they said they dont see anything which identifies violations. If some one would say the same thing about black people or asian or any nationality like kill all chinese for mankind he would be already banned what joke youtube is.

Anyways if maybe enough people report him he can get banned. All what you need to do is hit the report button very down left, then report user, hate speech and nationality.

And then by report video comments you need to copy the links of the videos where he made these kind of comments and put it into it. But its very easy this idiot doesnt hide his comments he made as you can see on his profile. Just copy the links which are shown. And mark the box of his comments which are racist and hateful

Now you say why the mater?? Well if he makes a comment every day saying kill all russians that they need to die, and i see him every time i search for videos about the russian far east its not more fun. Also you learn how to report people on youtube for the first which is a useful knowledge which most people dont know.

Softpower is mainly informationm news and so on and not culture. Russia today is the most foreign viewed news channel in america surpassing bbc and alzaeera. They have many prominent people on their channel the latest was president Assad who gave an interview exclusively to RT.

chinas news channel which is the counterpart of RT and Alzazeera is joke, its boring and no one likes it. The logo alone looks like a copy of the cnn logo (well that brings westerners closer to liking china lol). And the most funny thing about that is that they call their channel CCTV as you can see in the logo.

But CCTV are also these live cams recording whats going on in the public so if you search for videos typing CCTV you get only these public cameras not the chinese news channel. What a huge failure.
