In countries where the Sharia law serves as a source of legislation, Muslim women can't marry non-Muslim men. At best, such marriages might be legally accepted when they are performed abroad (at least in Tunisia). But I guess that even in secular Muslim countries, such relationships might be viewed pretty negatively, especially among more conservative segments of society.
