Which country in Europe has the tallest people?

As far as I know the Netherlands. I've often heard it on the radio and read it in newspapers. Maybe this info is outdated though.

The tallness of the Dutch is a bit exaggerated. I'm only 190 cm and frequently get remarks on how 'tall' I am by other Dutch people and I am very often the tallest guy among groups (meaning it's odd/unusual, even here).

I'm almost 6'2 and here in Toronto there's lots of tall people. When I lived outside the city I was generally the tallest of my friends, but now, it's not unusual to see 2nd or 3rd generation Asians that are taller than me. Seriously. Lots of brown/Arab people are taller than me as well, and of course, lots of black guys are taller.

It must be all the hormones in the fast food diets that the lower class eat that is the cause of this.

^Levantine tend to be tall, but Arabians are often small. Northern Asians tend to be very tall people, well SouthEast Asian tend to be small.

+ Croatia. I remember being amazed how tall were girls I've seen there (in Dalmatia - it was in Split probably; many about 180 cm which is rare here). Men also were tall of course but it did not impress me so much.
