In astrology. But not in astromancy, that is, future guessings.

The funny thing is that many who don't, don't have any problems to find personality archetypes in psychology as scientifically acceptable.

No. Even though I match with traits of my sign.

Astrology is so stupid. Somehow the changing of the planets affects your love life or what kind of day you are going to have, come on be realistic. Most of what is said is general and can happen to anyone thats why it always seems so "accurate" or made "especially for you".

    Default No, and here's why

Influences which could attect a person's somatic type and/or personality could , and probably do, operate as effectively in utero as after birth. Therefore, the time and place of birth are utterly irrelevant.

These influences might be electrical and magnetic fields, cosmic ray flux,
possibly gravitational fields, though they are very weak, etc. These phenomena probably [we do not have enough evidence for this] vary cyclically.

They are probably nowhere near strong enough to have a significant effects on a neonate infant. However, when amino acid sequences are linking up to form the DNA of a fetus, these forces could easily influence the shuffling of the genetic deck.

The time and place which are significant, then, are those of CONCEPTION, not birth. The apparent succes of natal astrology in predicting the personality
results from the approximate constancy of the period of gestation. Conception usually occurs about nine months before birth.

The frequent failures of natal astrology, then, are probably due to reckoning from the wrong date rather than because Venus is in the House of Saturn
(naughty girl) and Mars is in opposition.

The influences which stack the genetic deck are only remotely related to the stars, and not at all to the constellations. The constellations serve only as time-markers to ascertain where we are in the cosmic cycles of electric, magnetic, and gravitational fields and cosmic ray flux, and not at all as causative agents.

Since this is not a poll, I will simply state, yes I do. Unless one understands the essence of esotericism, no amount of explaining will be sufficient.
"Free, do you call yourself? Then I would hear your ruling thought, and not merely that you have escaped from a yoke. Are you one of those who had the right to escape from a yoke? Many a one has cast away his last worth when he has cast away his servitude. Free from what? What does that matter to Zarathustra! But your fiery eyes should tell me: free for what?" - Thus Spoke Zarathustra

I see it as no more than a hobbie. But I've been studying it for the past three years.
It's far more complex than "Virgo is this, Aries is that." That's only looking at your Sun sign. You have to look at your moon sign, mercury sign, mars sign, venus sign, and so on. As well as the placements in the houses and the aspects you have with the planets (The decans also matter) I always found astrology very interesting. And to a degree, I beleive in it, but I wouldn't let it influence my decisions too much.
