The correct number is around 40-45 millions of dead under Stalin`s orders but if we calculate whole communist era of roughly ~75 years, then we might reach 150 million casualties, i am not sure.

Tough, you cannot count the number by solely looking at the Russia`s population. Stalin didn't murder from only the SSCB population.

Probably not but commie regime was not much different than Nazi regime. So, death and massacres was some kind of norm, a natural event. No one needed to give or take any orders to commit such things. If massacres was necessary for the future of their commie (or Nazi) regime, then it must have been done. This was the first and foremost duty of their officials.
