I'm 18 almost 19 and I'm completely loser when it come to the girls. I always approach girl directly and ask her if she would wants to be my girlfriend. I did it about hundred times and always was rejected.
When some girl rejects me, I leave her alone. I don't want to looks like some bully that persecute her. Should I try harder maybe? What's the problem? Please only girls answer I don't want pathetic male advices and don't want lame nonsenses that there's plenty much time left and that I'll get a girlfriend when I least expect it.

I think you have to change your strategy. You have to go step by step and you can't ask her directly if she wanna be your girlfriend, first of all you should find something interesting to ask her, than to continue conversation as friends,l and being kind a indifferent,than you gonna notice if she likes to talk with you or not. The most important thing is the first good impression, and you have only once the chance to show it.
