there was one guy who made a page on facebook (a Russian i think)- he said you can basically split Caucasoid in white Nordic (Borreby/ Faelid) and Armenoid/DinaroMed- the rest is just a mixture of it.

What about the red Nordid bullshit (basically, that's Coon's Brunn)?
Or is it predecessor of the red/Amerindian race (Silvids in particular)? LOL

Obv makes no sense this explanation- since "red Nordid" is an over-grown white Nordid with slightly different pigmentation. He just wanted to connect them with R1b and Irish are the most R1b followed by Basque (who look completely different and are genetic different too, having way more ENF but less ANE- so you cant connect everything with haplogroups)
