Did you read the article? It was a suspected terrorist trying to drive a wedge between Christian and Muslim Egyptians. Both Christians and Muslims were hurt in the explosion.

Lets be fair. I personally respect, i also defend the abolishment of Vatican wannabe Fener Patriarchate and donation of their assets to Turkish Orthodox Church who are really endangered and rightful ones in these lands.

I don't know about that individual occurrence, but it is correct what he is saying about the persecution of the Copts in Egypt. There are plenty of news reports about it.

Most of these incidents are too recent to be disputed anyway. There are articles and videos everywhere on the internet for each one of them.

I'm amazed by how little Europeans care about middle eastern Christians. The only growing Christian community in the region is Israels otherwise the other countries are fast persecuting and expelling their Christians. At Turkish independence it was 16% Christian not its something like 0.01%. Iraqis just expelled a million after a bombing and kidnapping campaign.

The number of christians reduced because Greece demanded a population exchange and Turkey accepted their offer.

Btw, we had about 13 million people in 1920s and there was no more than 1,5 million christians here before the population exchange. So, it wasn't 16%.

Iraqis just expelled a million after a bombing and kidnapping campaign.

Kurds did that, not the Iraqi government. Kurdish regional government also expelled out 100.000s of Turkmens and over a million Arabs from northern Iraq since the last decade in the name of creating a homogenous kurdish state for themselves.
